gocaba is a product of Ingeniería y Desarrollo Ágil S. de R.L. de C.V..
That company operates gocaba.app, the application and each property's subdomain, and is the party you subscribe with.
What the service is
gocaba is subscription software for hourly motels: front desk, rooms and rates, payments, reports, and the guest QR page.
Plans are shown in US dollars (US$) and billed monthly or annually. Every new account starts with a 30-day trial, no card required.
Cancellation and charges
You can cancel any time from Billing inside your property's panel. The service stays active until the period you already paid for ends, and nothing is charged after you cancel.
If you see a charge you do not recognise, write to us and we will look into it.
Payments
Subscriptions are charged through Stripe.
If a property turns on online guest payments, the payment is processed by PixelPay or Stripe depending on its setup, and the money goes to that property's account. Card numbers are captured by the processor — they never pass through our servers and we do not store them.
Data and information
A property's information — rooms, stays, payments, staff — belongs to that property. We use it to run the service and support it; we do not sell it or share it with third parties for advertising.
To export or delete your property's information, write to us from the account owner's email.
Use of the service
Each account is responsible for who it gives panel access to and for how that staff uses the system.
The service is provided within the limits of the plan you are on. We may suspend an account for non-payment or for use that puts the service or other properties at risk; a suspended account can always finish and collect the stays it already had open.
